Fugitive Recovery Agents provide bail bond companies with fugitive recovery services for bail forfeitures. Fugitive Recovery Agents are also known as Bail Enforcement Agents or Bounty Hunters.
Fugitive Recovery Agents are employed or contracted by a bail agency to enforce bail bond forfeitures. Agents locate the defendant and return them to the court system.
