Nicole Lara
Administrative Director
Nicole Lara is the administrative director of the California Fugitive Recovery Academy and is the foundation of the whole organization. Her career is emphasized on management, criminal justice and the legal field.
She received her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and has years of experience working in the legal field, investigations, and security. She is currently attending John F. Kennedy University to obtain her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies Degree. Her experience in the legal and criminal justice field has proven invaluable to the California Fugitive Recovery Academy and she is a vital and welcome member of our team and GUARD CARD program.
Zhen Rong
Instructor
Zhen started his career in security services approximately 10 years ago. He worked his way from line security officer to shift supervisor. From there Zhen was sponsored to Napa Police Academy by a local police agency. Currently, Zhen is still an active member of the law enforcement community.
Zhen is passionate about security training and is currently a certified BSIS baton, firearms, and guardcard instructor. He is also certified in instructing NRA pistol, PepperSpray/OC, and handcuffing.
Zhen is active in the Security industry as well as an active member of Calsaga (Calsaga.org) and ASIS International (asisonline.org), with a pending certification in their CPP program. Zhen is also a BSIS Qualified Manager and owns and operates a Private Security company.
Zhen brings his training, experiences, and insight to this training facility.
